Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of rctk.com (the “Site”) operated by RCTK (“RCTK,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site and our services

The Site provides information about our consulting offerings and may include interactive demonstrations of AI workflows.

Important: Any consulting services are provided only under a separate written agreement (e.g., a statement of work, master services agreement, and/or NDA). The Site itself does not create a client-consultant relationship.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site (including probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities)
  • Attempt to access non-public areas or systems
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or scrape the Site in a manner that imposes unreasonable load or violates applicable law
  • Upload or transmit malicious code

4. Demo and AI-related disclaimers

If the Site includes an AI demo or sample outputs:

  • Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation.
  • Outputs are provided for demonstration and informational purposes only and are not professional advice (including legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice).
  • Do not rely on demo outputs to make decisions without independent verification.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content (text, design, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by RCTK or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business evaluation purposes.

6. Confidential information

Do not submit sensitive or confidential information through general website forms unless we have explicitly agreed on a secure channel. If we enter into an NDA or other confidentiality agreement, that agreement will govern confidentiality obligations.

7. Third-party services and links

The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services (e.g., scheduling, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party sites or services and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCTK disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RCTK will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

In no event will RCTK's total liability for all claims related to the Site exceed USD $100 (or the minimum amount permitted by law, if greater).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RCTK from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site or Terms

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Rhode Island, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, USA, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
